VENTANAS A LA PAZ is a real estate project currently being developed by Promotora La Paz, S. de R.L. de C.V. (Promotora La Paz). Promotora La Paz reserves the right to make any change and/or modification it deems necessary or advisable at any stage or time, without having to give previous notice, to any of the projects or parts of the VENTANAS A LA PAZ development, including but not limited to, urbanization projects, amenities, house or residence designs, plans, landscape projects or any other. These projects may be described or listed in any of the commercial, promotional or information materials, whether printed, electronic or of any other type. Promotora La Paz is not obliged to inform anyone or to obtain consent to make any change, modification, addition or any other type of alteration to the VENTANAS A LA PAZ project, including the completion date of the development or any of its projects, stages or parts. Promotora La Paz is obliged to fulfill the obligations acquired in any contracts signed to this effect, including pre-sale contracts, supplier contracts and other.
Promotora La Paz maintains a strict policy of transparency and commitment to its clients regarding information on the development or the property they have purchased. For this reason, at the client's request, Promotora La Paz will provide any information related to the status or degree of progress of the VENTANAS A LA PAZ project or specifically, regarding the property the customer has purchased, in a clear, direct and timely manner.
Promotora La Paz is an active member of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI). AMPI is an organization affiliated to the National Association of Realtors (NAR). The sales advisors of Promotora La Paz are AMPI members and aware of the code of ethics established by this organization.
The VENTANAS A LA PAZ real estate project and its site have not been reviewed, registered or approved by any public or private authority or organization other than the appropriate local, state and federal authorities in La Paz, Baja California Sur.
