Hipogeo is a well-known, experienced group of architects based in Guadalajara, Mexico. Because of their extensive local experience, the architects at Hipogeo were invited by Tonet Sunyer to participate in the VENTANAS A LA PAZ project. Its two main partners, Álvaro Moragrega and Luis Alderete obtained degrees in architecture in Guadalajara, Mexico and both pursued graduate studies in Europe. In Spain, they collaborated with Tonet Sunyer in various competitions and projects. Their experience includes various types of projects, including single family homes, collective residence developments, cultural centers, hospitals, sports facilities and many others. They have also expanded their sphere of development to academic activities, teaching classes on architecture courses and working with various universities.
